Refunds of Subscription Based Goods:
No refunds will be given on any subscription based goods including the VIP membership to the Extraordinary Coaches & Business Owners Group.  Cancellation of subscriptions must be made in writing by contacting: Brynn@extraordinarycoachesgroup.com
Request for cancellation must be made no later than 7 days prior to subscription renewal date.

Refunds of Digital Goods and DFY Courses, Programs, Scripts, and any other PLR Product:
Because digital goods are delivered in their entirety and the consumer is granted full access to the digital product, no refunds will be granted as per industry standard.

Refunds on Promotions:
Not all promotions will get the same results and depend on many factors including effectiveness of sales copy, personality of the promotional partner, market conditions, strength of the offer itself, your ability to pitch and close deals, and more.  No refund shall be given once the promotion has taken place, and results are never guaranteed.  Refund will only be granted if requested within 24 hours from time/date of purchase and promotion cannot have already taken place.  Refund request must be made in writing to Brynn@ExtraordinaryCoachesGroup.com.  No guarantees made on opt-ins, sales, email open rates, audience size, or conversion rate.
